Personality profiling, if used appropriately, can give real insight into your own strengths, weaknesses, cognitive patterns and preferences and also those of your team.

Two particularly useful profiling tools I offer and which complement each other well are: “Facet5” and “Thinking Styles”.

Facet 5: Understanding personality

I am accredited with “Facet5” profiling, which interprets personality using five criteria: Energy / Will / Affection / Control / Emotionality and how these interact with each other. It focuses on behaviours and preferences relevant to the workplace such as motivation, attitudes and preferred ways of working which make it especially helpful for leadership development, career planning and team building. 

Facet5 provides a comprehensive assessment of an individual’s personality in an easy-to-understand format – I will interpret your report with you, explaining the analysis it reveals and explore ways you can begin to unlock your professional potential.

Thinking Styles

I am also accredited to administer assessments for “Thinking Styles” with the Cognitive Fitness Consultancy Ltd, which explores how individuals really think and learn. It identifies preferred cognitive and thinking patterns through use of language and preferred behaviour covering a range of sensory, people and task-focused interactions. 

I will be able to explain this unique psychometric with you and review ways for you to develop and enhance your communication, influencing, problem solving and decision-making skills. This may also give you the opportunity to build more creative and dynamic teams and to work more effectively with your stakeholders.
