Away day facilitation

Away days can bring creativity of thought, allow new ideas to emerge, and enable teams to develop. An external facilitator can help your whole team to participate fully.

Away day facilitation

Away days have the potential to be transformative in the way teams or organisations relate and tackle their work and can be a good opportunity for staff, managers, board members, trustees and volunteers to get to know each other better outside of the workplace. The time can be used to step back, reflect, develop teamwork, celebrate successes, explore areas for development or improvement, consider future direction, and work together on big issues that are being faced.

With the presence of an external facilitator, everyone can participate as equals enabling all to contribute their ideas, thoughts and experiences without the normal line management structures which might prevent an open exchange of views.

Imaginative activities can encourage innovation and creativity with all suggestions and new ideas captured so no contribution is lost.

Christine is a very experienced facilitator of such days helping identify clear objectives and devising an innovative programme which will be interactive, interesting, creative and productive.
