ILM Award in First Line Management, Level 3 (5 ½ days)

This is a stimulating and highly practical programme aimed at first line managers and those aspiring to become managers. It is particularly suited to those with little or no formal training as it enables participants to relate good management practice to real situations and improve their techniques in managing staff, change, workloads and finances.

ILM Accredited Centre

The programme leads to a qualification, and the opportunity for associate membership with the Institute of Leadership & Management (AMInstLM). It recognises achievement through 5 pieces of assessed work and assists with career progression. Some personal tutorial support will be given for development and assessment.
