Christine Laverock is an experienced independent trainer
and consultant based in Suffolk, England.
She has been running training courses for a range of
organisations since 1980 and her main areas of expertise
are: Management, Leadership and Communication.
She also:
- advises organisations on training and development needs,
- facilitates staff and management awaydays,
- is a mentor/coach to senior managers,
- organises seminars and conferences,
- was chair of Suffolk Police Authority from 2001 to 2005.
She has a professional training qualification with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, is a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management who accredit her courses, and is also a member of the Association for Coaching.
Previously she worked in education as a schools inspector with OFSTED, a Performance Management Consultant and an External Advisor to schools, and held supervisory and management positions in local government and with Barclays Bank.

Christine is Chair of Rochford Trust, a charity that runs a young people's social and resource centre, Rochford House in Woodbridge and has also organised parenting groups, to enable parents of teenage children to discuss ways of improving communication and resolving conflict within the family.
When relaxing, she enjoys writing poetry and has been published in the anthologies Straight from the Heart, Mind Games and In the Eyes of the Poet.
